What is Esaad card?
The UAE launched the “Esaad” Card on the 13th of March in 2017. It is a unique initiative which covers all fundamental and essential aspects of Esaad privilege card holder’s lives. Esaad contributes to savings in financial health by allowing discounts on education, housing, food service, restaurants, amusement parks and in, hotels, tourist destinations, hotels and shopping malls and everywhere else related to families’ needs. Esaad card is issued by the Dubai Police for government employees. All government employees under Dubai Police are eligible to have an Esaad Card.
On 18th July 2022, it was announced that Esaad privilege card will be provided free of charge to Golden Visa Holders in Dubai. Esaad privilege card is for both 5 years and 10 years visa holders.

Esaad card registration

Process of registration by website
- Visit https://esaad.dubaipolice.gov.ae/login
- Click on Register
- Select appropriate option either “Register as member” or “Register as company”
- Fill the appropriate information
- Click submit
- An confirmation email will send to registered email id
- Now the account is successfully activated
Process of registration by mobile application
- Download and open the Esaad mobile application
- Click on three lines which is showing left hand side up
- Click on Sign in / Sign up
- Click on Sign up
- Select appropriate option either “Register as employee” or “Register as retailer”
- Fill personal information then click Next
- Fill contact info then click Next
- Fill the additional info then click submit
- An confirmation email will send to registered email id
- Now the account is successfully activated
